I’ve learned to start my week in prayer instead of panic.
It’s the quiet moments before the rush that shape the day.
Sometimes I light a candle, open my Bible, and ask for one simple thing: peace. Not perfection, not productivity — just peace that helps me move with purpose.
When you begin your week with faith, the rest feels lighter. Grace reminds you that you don’t walk into the new alone.
You don’t need the perfect plan to start again.
You just need presence, prayer, and trust that grace will meet you right where you are.
