Becoming Whole Again

Healing isn’t always beautiful, but it’s always sacred.
It’s the quiet work that happens when no one is watching — when you learn to hold your own heart with gentleness instead of judgment.
There were days I thought healing meant moving forward without feeling pain.
Now I know it’s about being honest with myself, even when it’s messy.
Becoming whole again means slowing down. It’s choosing to forgive, to rest, and to rebuild from softness instead of survival.
I still have moments where I fall back into old habits, but I don’t see that as failure anymore. It’s part of being human. It’s part of becoming whole.
Healing doesn’t always look graceful, but it’s always growing you.
Give yourself the same patience you give the world.
