Little Joys

Today’s best moments weren’t loud or grand. They were quiet, fleeting, and often overlooked. A sunbeam hitting the kitchen floor, the laughter of someone passing by, the first sip of tea that warms more than just your hands.
Slowing down enough to notice these little joys is a gift we often forget to give ourselves. Life moves fast, but the magic is in the pauses. The tiny, ordinary moments that remind us everything doesn’t have to be big to matter.
Today, I noticed. And it made all the difference.
