Healing Through Color

There’s something deeply soothing about starting the morning with color — a brushstroke here, a splash there, letting emotion find its way onto the page.

Painting has become my quiet therapy. It doesn’t demand perfection; it just asks for presence. Each hue carries its own kind of healing — blue for calm, yellow for light, green for balance, pink for warmth.

When life feels cluttered, I sit with my paints, breathe, and let color do the talking. No rules, no outcomes — just the rhythm of creation meeting stillness.

Art has taught me that healing isn’t always about fixing; sometimes it’s about expressing. It’s about letting beauty emerge from the mess, one shade at a time.

So today, I’m giving myself permission to make something imperfectly beautiful.
To let peace spill across the canvas — and maybe, into my heart too. 🎨
