A few weeks ago, I couldn’t function.
Not tired.Not overwhelmed.Not “I need a nap.”
Frozen.
I would sit at my desk knowing exactly what needed to be done — emails, decisions, content, marketing, leadership — and my body just wouldn’t move.
My brain felt full.My chest felt heavy.Music made me cry for no reason.Simple decisions felt impossible.
