I spent most of the day picking toys off the couch and reheating my coffee. Nothing looked perfect. Everything felt full. My kids were loud and sweet and chaotic. I kept reminding myself that peace does not mean silence. It means I allow myself to breathe in the middle of my real life. I ended the day grateful for the little things that anchored me.
