We’ve broken the Applause Group into geographical areas so women can actually show up for each other in real life — not just with a like, a heart, or a passing comment online.

How It Works

1. Join your region’s Applause Group (North Jersey, South Florida, Bay Area, etc.).

2. Post your accomplishments, big or small. We clap for all of it.

3. Show up for others by commenting, sharing, or even meeting in person when someone needs a crowd.
