For starters, once your profile is built, you just click the "Fem Life" logo at the top left. That will take you to your feed. 

All action buttons are listed on the left, friend, group and event recommendations are on your right. 

There is a box on your profile and also on your feed (similar to that facebook stuff) that asks "what is on your mind?". That is the MAGICAL BOX! You can create just about anything right from this magical place. 

If a button looks greyed out, just hover and it will apear. 

Fem Life has a pinerest page which is tabbed on the left, along with some merch and how to's. There is also a tab for "Messages from Danielle" where you can stay on top of news and her gratitude!
