FEM Life Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FEM Life, a digital platform designed to empower, uplift, and connect women everywhere. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FEM Life regarding your use of the website and any associated services.

By accessing or using FEM Life, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use FEM Life. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Community Standards: Judgment-Free & Drama-Free FEM Life is a judgment-free, drama-free zone built for women to be their authentic selves. We have a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that undermines this mission.

You agree not to:

• Bully, harass, or threaten other users.

• Use abusive or discriminatory language.

• Post or share violent, hateful, or explicit content.

• Beg, solicit, or manipulate for financial gain.

• Impersonate others or falsify information.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account removal without notice.

3. User Content You are solely responsible for the content you post on FEM Life.

By submitting content, you grant FEM Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify user content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

4. Intellectual Property All platform content, branding, and software belong to FEM Life or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

5. Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Privacy Policy Your privacy matters. We collect minimal personal data required to operate the platform, including name, email address, and user-generated content. This information is used strictly for account management, feature access, platform communication, and improving your experience.

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared only with trusted third-party service providers required to operate the platform (e.g., payment processors), and only to the extent necessary.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting femlifemanagement@gmail.com.

7. Platform Usage You may not:

• Use bots or automated systems to access the platform.

• Attempt to disrupt or hack the website.

• Copy or reverse engineer any part of the site.

8. Suspension & Termination FEM Life reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or behavior that harms the community.

9. Third-Party Content & Links We may display content or links from third parties. We are not responsible for these sites or their policies. Engage with them at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability FEM Life is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages or losses arising from use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed $50.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration All disputes shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class action lawsuit.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Jurisdiction for any legal disputes will be limited to courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Modifications to Terms We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of substantial changes, and continued use of the platform after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Pricing and Payment Terms FEM Life reserves the right to set, update, or change pricing for any features, services, memberships, or products offered through the platform. We will provide users with at least 60 days' notice prior to any price increase going into effect for existing paid memberships or services.

Continued use of paid services after the 60-day notice period constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

Refund Policy: FEM Life offers digital services and memberships intended to empower and support our community. Because of the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable. By signing up for any paid tier or service, you agree to the following:

• We do not offer refunds for membership fees, premium upgrades, additional business pages, or any digital services.

• A 30-day free trial is available to evaluate the platform before subscribing. Cancellation before the trial ends will prevent charges.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription through your account dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.

• Temporary downtime or maintenance is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

• Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in account termination.

Current Membership Fees:

• Basic Membership (Profile Only): $9.99/month

• Premium Membership (Profile + Page): $14.99/month — includes one customizable page.

Free Trial:

• All users receive one month free at sign-up.

Additional Options:

• Advocacy Pages: Free

• Additional Business Pages: $5 per page, billed monthly.

These rates are subject to change with notice as described above.

15. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FEM Life, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected to your use or misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

16. DMCA Safe Harbor & Copyright Complaints FEM Life respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us in writing with the following details:

• Your full name and contact information

• A description of the copyrighted work

• The exact URL or location of the infringing content

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

17. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

18. No Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Assignment FEM Life may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.
