For a long time, I thought movement was about fixing myself — burning calories, chasing results, earning rest.

But somewhere along the way, I realized: I don’t move to change my body. I move to remember it’s mine. When fitness becomes joy, it stops being a routine and starts being a relationship.

There’s no “right” pace. There’s just presence.
